C-Hotels Ambasciatori Florence

We recently stayed at a hotel very close to the historical center of Florence, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Viktoryia and Claudia, who provided great service during breakfast. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location next to the train station was also a big plus for easy travel connections. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and consider coming back in the future.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It is just across the road from the train station, making it super convenient for a quick trip to Florence. the staff here are incredibly friendly; they even gave us an unexpected room upgrade. the buffet breakfast was excellent with a great selection. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome drinks upon arrival. the bed was comfortable, and the room size was just right.

Spanish Fortress nearby. 255 guest rooms, many with balconies. Fashionable aperitifs at Sweet Bar. Close to attractions and exhibition centre. Safety features include detectors, security system. Congress meetings organized nearby. Close to Santa Maria Novella station. Closest airport 10 km away. My stay was like speed-dating Italian culture—rich, varied, and unforgettable. Grazie!

Omg, you guys, the location of this hotel 🤩 just a stone's throw from all the main attractions in florence. The buffet breakfast 🍳 was to die for! only downside: rooms looked smaller than expected in pics. 😅

Its location and staff were great, and for us everything was amazing. The room was very comfortable, comfortable bed. The restaurant was nice and its savoury dishes are to die for.

As for me, the area was poor.

The hotel was convenient with friendly staff. Nicol made our stay comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant. A minor issue with the hairdryer was noted. The AC had maintenance problems and front desk response was slow. A cozy stay near the train station.

Staying here for party was lovely, totally recommendable. We appreciated this fairly clean hotel with a nice lobby.

The location was spot-on, right by the train station and with easy access to tasty eats, making it super convenient. The lounge was the perfect chill spot, and having a balcony to relax on was rad. Only bummer was the bed being slightly wonky with a gap in the middle, but it didn't ruin the overall cozy vibe of the hotel. 🌟

The place was pleasant and business and the staff were professional, the location was perfect right next to the train station. Welcoming unit with a modern decor. Appreciated the fact that the bathroom was huge.

I chose this hotel for attending a networking event because it provides a business center as well as meeting rooms with audio-visual equipment and natural light that can accommodate up to a maximum of 200 people. The location was convenient, close to the main exhibition and convention center, shopping area, and the main attractions of Florence.

The only service that I missed for my work was a more extensive selection of office supplies available at the business center.

I couldn't sleep the first night because I could hear absolutely everything that was going on in the next room (a cell phone ringing all night, every time they went to the bathroom, footsteps and conversations in the room upstairs)

The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk from attractions and right by the train station. The staff is friendly, breakfast is satisfying, and the rooms are cozy. However, there were disruptions due to construction noise one night. Small amenities were lacking, but overall, it was a comfortable stay.

breakfast was exorbitantly good in quality and selection for italian conditions. location is also great, directly in front of the house stops e. g. tram line 11, leads directly to the long distance bus station villa costanza.

i rated the "check-in" badly, because the hotel claimed in the announcement that the tourism bed fee is included in the price. thus, i also checked in; the next morning, 4, 90 euros per night were claimed. is not the way it works. i also found it unpleasant that i was denied to check in in advance. as i paid in advance, rest (. would be done with a credit card? without a credit card i would not be allowed in, to my astonished inquiry i got the answer - but promptly - in this special case they would make an exception.

The hotel's central location made it easy for us to kick off the New Year's resolutions by walking to all the main attractions, and the helpful staff made our stay a breeze.

My kids wished for a larger play area for more family-friendly entertainment.

I loved the ideal location of this hotel, right across from the train station, with a lovely view of the Duomo from the balcony. The room was clean, modern, and quiet with helpful staff. However, the room size was average, A/C wasn't great, and the shower had low pressure. The breakfast may not be worth the price for gluten-free options. Other than these minor issues, a great stay near the heart of Florence.

The room was extremely hot even with the heating off, which meant we didn't get a good night's sleep. Variety at breakfast but I missed more sausages

The bar on the first floor is an oasis of luxury and comfort. As I sank into the lush velvet couches, surrounded by classic paintings and modern furnishings, I felt like I had stepped into a scene from a glamorous movie. Sipping on a tasty cocktail while soft music played in the background, I truly felt like a movie star reveling in the elegance of the past and present.

Loved the central location, so close to the main train station and within walking distance to all the tourist spots - even found two great places to eat nearby! Room was spotless with a comfy bed and fresh-smelling sheets. Appreciated the complimentary drink at the bar as a nice touch 🥂. Only downside was the lack of airflow in the room, but it wasn't a big deal considering everything else was top-notch!

Staying here was a great choice. The hotel is located right across from a main transportation hub, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the reception desk to the restaurant. There were plenty of amenities available, such as room service and tours/ticket assistance. The room itself was great too, with all the necessary facilities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV and soundproofing, making it comfortable and peaceful.

Perfect for families, this venue offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all.

I must say, C-Hotels Ambasciatori fell short of my expectations. While conveniently located and offering decent service, the cleanliness was subpar and service lacking. The dust and power issues soured our experience. For a luxury stay in Florence, I recommend exploring other boutique options.

The buffet breakfast lacks nothing, all good fresh and a great attention. The location, in front of the Station and all the Tram, taxi and bus stops, 5 minutes from the historical center to 1 of Restaurants, shops, a supermarket in front. Perfect!!!

The walls were poorly soundproofed, so it was often relatively loud in the morning and evening (when the room neighbours showered, used the toilet etc.).

The location was amazing - right across from the train station! The room was cozy but a bit different from the photos. LOVED the breakfast variety. Staff were super helpful. Would stay again!

The location is exactly in front of the Sta Maria Novella station, a few blocks from the Duomo but practical for continuing the train journey to other destinations is literally cross the street and have all the railways available. I would return to this hotel

The location close to the train station is convenient for backpackers. Employees were helpful and nice. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was pretty good. The view from the window to the surrounding hills of Florence was unexpected but pleasant.

I stayed at C-Hotels Ambasciatori in Florence for 4 nights during my trip from Venice. The hotel's location right across the train station was incredibly convenient, especially when it came to carrying our luggage. The breakfast included with the room was excellent, with a wide variety of options including scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, fresh fruit. The staff were friendly and provided helpful maps and recommendations for tourist spots. The rooms had balconies with tables and chairs, offering a nice view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. Despite some air conditioning issues in some rooms, the staff were quick to offer a solution and gave us free mini bar and drink vouchers, which we were very happy with.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location couldn't have been more convenient, as it was just a stone's throw away from the train station. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city and catch our early train. Additionally, there was a supermarket directly across the street, which was very convenient for grabbing any necessities we needed. The room was beautifully remodeled and the attention to detail was evident. The modern design and comfortable bed made for a truly relaxing stay. Furthermore, the breakfast provided a wide range of choices, with both hot and cold options available. We especially enjoyed the eggs!

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly like about my experience. I found that the hotel lacked proper information about its amenities.

Location couldn't be better with an outlet mall just next to the train station. The room is nice, clean and comfortable even though it is not large. The bathroom is also spacious but some caution is due since it might be slippery. The staff provides excellent service and the bar/lounge area is a perfect way to end the day.

At my first stay, the staff helped my old parents with a sweet attitude. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Restaurant, Luggage storage, and more. I’m coming back for New Year.

Enjoyed watching the world go by at La Pergola Bar with tasty cocktails and background music. Loved sitting on the balcony with a view of the city. Staff was friendly.

Who needs clean rooms or modern amenities anyway? Just give me a booger on the wall and a clogged shower, please.
